PMI Treasure Valley is a real estate asset management company located in Meridian Idaho that provides full service professional community and association management to the greater Boise area. Our local team provides homeowner associations and community associations with the highest quality property management services available, while using the latest technology to keep them informed of how their communities are doing in real time.

Paul opened PMI Treasure Valley to provide world class HOA management services to the greater Boise marketplace. A licensed Idaho broker, Paul has 20 years of experience in real estate first obtaining his real estate license in 2001. While working as an agent he sold over $38 million dollars in real estate and has negotiated hundreds of commercial leases. In 2011 he moved into real estate management with SHM Management where he became Vice President of Asset Management, overseeing management operations of a portfolio of approximately 2.5 million square feet. Paul lives in Meridian Idaho with his wife and 2 children.
PMI Treasure Valley is very fortunate to have Jennifer as a part of our local team. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge in office administration and is an expert in problem solving. Jennifer previously worked for 2 different fortune 500 companies and holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing.
Brianna brings more than 15 years of experience in Home Owner Association Management. She holds her CMCA, AMS and PCAM from CAI. She also sits on the CMCA Exam Development Committee. She has successfully aided in the growth and overwhelming success of a large property management company with a concentration in new community development. She currently offers her expertise and knowledge to PMI as a business development manager and supervising CAM.
